Biography & Resume
Mary Vradelis has 20 years experience as a nonprofit administrator and consultant. She has worked with dozens of nonprofit organizations as an Interim Executive Director, Retreat Facilitator, or Graphic Recorder, as well as providing customized consulting services to support the strategic planning process; board development; grantwriting and development planning; and administrative structure and program planning. Her leadership experience includes two terms as an Executive Director --California Poets in the Schools and Back on Track Tutoring. In her role as a nonprofit Board Member, she has also gained a valuable perspective of the importance of good governance and an effective strategic planning process. Her education includes a B.F.A. in Theatre and a Master's Degree in Expressive Arts Therapy. To continually hone her skills, she has received professional development training through Community at Work, Compasspoint, Shannon Institute for Leadership Development, The National Community Development Institute, and The Grove Consultants International. She is a member of Compasspoint’s Interim E.D. pool and the Bay Area Organizational Development Network. She recently graduated with Honors from the Executive M.B.A. program at St. Mary’s College of California.
